If you have plans and engineering ready to go, we can take you from where you are, right through to pricing your project in detail and overseeing the full construction of your renovation.
Plans Ready Process
Our Plans ready process includes:
1. Detailed cost proposal
If you have already started the ball rolling on your renovation and have plans, engineering, certifier reports, material selections and consultant information in place, we can work with you to compile a full and detailed cost proposal for your project.
We are committed to pricing your project accurately from the start and so a lot of time and detail goes into our cost proposals.
We work diligently with full transparency to prepare your cost proposal ensuring we have all the details right and pricing as accurate as possible.
We want you to be as confident as we are knowing that your project is going to run smoothly and is going to be completed on time and on budget.
2. Contract stage
When your detailed cost proposal has been finalised and reviewed by you, we move onto contract stage. This is where we finalise and lock in all the details. The full contract will include all the details of your project and is signed off by all parties.
During the contract stage, we will also submit your documentation to your local area council for building approval. It’s at this time that you will also finalise everything on your end relating to financing the project.
3. Construction stage
Once your plans are approved by council, we move into the construction stage. This is where we start to see all the work up until this point takes shape and your home transformation happens.
All our projects are run with full transparency and guaranteed ongoing communication. From the start of demolition, right through to handover and beyond, you will receive regular site updates, including images and site visits, full access to your construction schedule and reminders about what work has taken place and what work is about to take place.
4. Handover
When all the demolition and construction work has been completed and your home renovation is done, we have officially reached the handover stage. This is the best stage of all. The stage where we get to hand back the keys to your new and improved home.
The handover stage gives us the opportunity to walk through your home with you, discuss the renovation work and go through any important details about new appliances or maintenance requirements on particular materials and finishes.
5. Warranty period and ongoing support
Following on from handover, we provide an ongoing warranty period. We will run through all the warranty information during handover and will schedule regular check-ins with you throughout our warranty period to make sure your newly improved home is running smoothly and everything is as it should be.
Our warranty period covers you for workmanship on your renovation, both cosmetic and structural, along with any defects in any of the products and materials we used in your home.
We will touch base with you in 6 months, 12 months, 2 years and 3 years, to see how everything is going on the home front. You have the opportunity at this time to discuss any issues or request any minor alterations you would like us to make. And of course, you don’t need to wait for us to call you.
