Wooloowin

A large master suite extension that was connected to the original house via a breezeway off of the existing deck. The extension consists of a large en suite that is disability/elderly friendly, a large bedroom with ample storage & a little deck with a ramp leading into the backyard.

Project Challenges

Site access was the main challenge with this project. Having only a narrow path to the back of the house it made getting materials and other larger components quite difficult.

We were aware that we would come in contact with all 3 council main lines underground being - Mains sewer line, storm water line & combined drain. This made the job much more interesting and rewarding!
