A full internal refurbishment including a swimming pool & carport. The lower level internal works consisted of a fully open living area with dining and kitchen with a butlers pantry, a generous sized bedroom, bathroom, study and laundry. The Upper level internal works consisted of 3 x bedrooms, rumpus & master suite incl. ensuite & walk-in robe. External works included swimming pool & carport.

Project Challenges

There were a few challenges to complete the structural works. Upon stripping out the existing ceilings, we established that the roof beams the engineer had specified would not look good aesthetically, so we had to re-design a couple of the steel beams so they could stay within the ceiling cavity and create the lovely flat ceiling that can be seen in the photos!
