Red Hill

Federation Queenslander that we lifted and built a new level underneath, installed a swimming pool and extensive block retaining walls and garden beds. Upper level included Master Suite with Ensuite and WIR, 3 Bedrooms, Main Bathroom, Rumpus and wrap around Verandah. Lower level became open plan living with Study, Laundry, Guest Room, Bathroom, Dining, Living, Kitchen, Meals and new Deck Area. Exterior works included Swimming Pool, Garden Beds.

Project Challenges

This house has previously been lifted and the existing concrete slab remained as part of this build. Installing the new footings for the house was quite difficult due to 5 layers of brick & concrete that we found when the excavation commenced.
