Existing workers cottage that we lifted, extended and built a new level in underneath. Upper Level included Master Suite with Ensuite and WIR, 3 Bedrooms, Main Bathroom, Lounge and Sun Room. Lower level became open plan with Study, Laundry, Powder Room, Kitchen with Butlers Pantry, Open lounge / dining, built in TV Cabinetry, New Deck to rear, Carport and Front Porch.
