An internal refurbishment with a small extension leading onto a large deck. The internal works completed were a new kitchen, bathroom & living area that flowed onto the perfect entertaining deck with high set cathedral ceilings!

Project Challenges

The biggest challenge with this project was definitely the existing house, some of the existing walls were 50mm out square and the floor over 8 meters had dropped 80mm. It is critical with wet areas (Bathroom/Laundry) and kitchens that the walls are perfect for the tiles, cabinetry and bench tops.
