Modern 2nd level additional to a post war house. Upper Level created a master suite with Ensuite, WIR & Study. Lower level configured to create open plan living with 2 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Dining, Lounge going out onto deck.

Project Challenges

Installing the 2nd Level was quite challenging as we had to install new footings to support the upper level structure. We were the first company in Queensland to use a prefabricated flooring system supplied by Bretts Timber on this project.
