NORMAN PARK 2 - UNDER CONSTRUCTION

A steeply sloping site and tight access made this lift-and-build-under a true engineering challenge. We transformed a tired three-bedroom Queenslander into a five-bedroom, three-bathroom home with generous living spaces across two levels. Upstairs retains the home’s original charm, while the newly built lower level includes an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, guest suite, laundry, and butler’s pantry.

Extensive retaining and a relevelled backyard allowed us to create a seamless connection from the deck to the outdoor space—turning a tricky block into a highly liveable family home.
