This pre-1946 Queenslander underwent a major transformation, expanding from a modest three-bedroom home into a spacious five-bedroom, three-bathroom residence with two living areas. We cut and relocated the existing house to the rear of the block to enable excavation and slab work, then repositioned it to create a seamless build.
The result is a well-zoned family home with three bedrooms and a second living area downstairs, and a generous master suite and open-plan living upstairs. A large face-sliding door opens to the back deck, connecting beautifully to the reworked backyard—balancing character charm with smart, contemporary functionality.
