5. Warranty period and ongoing support
Following on from handover, we provide an ongoing warranty period. We will run through all the warranty information during handover and will schedule regular check-ins with you throughout our warranty period to make sure your newly improved home is running smoothly and everything is as it should be.
Our warranty period covers you for workmanship on your renovation, both cosmetic and structural, along with any defects in any of the products and materials we used in your home.
We will touch base with you in 6 months, 12 months, 2 years and 3 years, to see how everything is going on the home front. You have the opportunity at this time to discuss any issues or request any minor alterations you would like us to make. And of course, you don’t need to wait for us to call you. If you have any concerns, we are only ever one phone call away.
