This project was an internal refurbishment to reclaim part of the deck and turn back into living space. Other works completed include Kitchen Modification, New Living / Dining Area, Fireplace, Laundry

Project Challenges

The structural work to create an open plan dining / living area involved installing some very large steel beams that had to be lifted in by a 48T crane.

Timber Flooring to match existing floor (this was completed by the same contractor NS Timber Flooring who previously installed the floor 8 years Prior!)
