Previously raised Queenslander that we built in underneath. Lower Level included new bedroom, play room and entertaining area.

Project Challenges

The ground level outside was level with the internal concrete slab creating a potential water ingress issue. We installed a concrete nib and waterproofed over the top including the whole lower level to ensure we created a detail to prevent ingress.
